Hilary Duff mourns ex Aaron Carter: ‘Boy did my teenage self love you deeply’
Hilary Duff has opened up about her ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter, who died in a tragic plane crash in early December.
The 32-year-old actor was just six months from his due date when he died in the crash, which investigators believe was a deliberate act of terrorism.
He and his wife Lauren were on their way to a concert in Europe when their private pilot crashed on their way home.

Aaron’s family paid tribute to him in a statement published on their website, saying he was ‘the one you’ll never forget’.
‘Aaron was sweet, he was good-hearted and he was loved by everyone,’ it read.
‘He was a good man from a humble and generous family. He wasn’t perfect but he always tried to do the right thing. He was always there for you, as hard as you were, or as hard as life gave you.
‘His death is hard to think about. You will never get to hug him again, let alone kiss him – and that’s ok. You’ll never get to do those things again, but you will forever know that you did everything you could for him.’
Aaron’s wife Lauren was also left heartsick by the loss, saying: ‘We are a stronger, more determined and better man for this loss. Aaron will always be with us.
‘This pain is for us both, you and your family. You were always the best. You are always the best.
‘Our loss will not stop us loving life, loving family and continuing to inspire and share our talents, ideas and stories.
‘We are all a better man for this loss. We will continue to love each other and our
